Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to jililucky, provided that your account is in good standing and you have not violated these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. Accounts with a zero balance for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed automatically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against jililucky.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jililucky regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
